Cancellation and Refund Policy

Current demo status

Real payments are disabled. Demo orders are charged 0.00 TRY and deliver testnet collectibles only. There is no money to refund for a demo order.

Unpaid reservations

You can cancel an active reservation from your dashboard. Unpaid reservations normally expire after 15 minutes. Saving an NFT or reserving an edition does not debit a card or create store credit.

When paid purchases become available

Contact [email protected] with your order ID and a description of the issue for duplicate charges, non-delivery, incorrect delivery, or suspected unauthorized payment. Do not include card numbers, security codes, passwords, or private keys. We will investigate the payment and blockchain records and provide the remedies required by applicable law.

Approved card refunds will be returned through the original payment method and provider, subject to their processing rules. We do not offer refunds in cryptocurrency, store credit, or to an unrelated wallet as a substitute for a card refund.

Withdrawal and digital content

Mandatory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, and conformity rights remain applicable. We do not treat an irreversible blockchain transfer as an automatic waiver of those rights. Where the law allows a digital-content withdrawal exception, the required express consent and acknowledgement must be obtained before supply; agreement to general terms alone is not treated as that consent.

Complaints and disputes

You may contact us first so we can investigate, but this does not remove your right to contact your bank, payment provider, consumer authority, or a competent court. No arbitrary seven-day reporting limit overrides statutory rights. We do not guarantee a processor's refund completion time.
