1. Current service and review status

Artistiqhouse is a digital collectible storefront operated by Sole Technologies Ltd. The storefront is in pre-production review. Real card payments and paid NFT delivery are not enabled. Unlimit integration and approval are pending; no endorsement or payment-processing relationship is represented by this demo.

Approved demo accounts can create zero-charge test orders and receive NFTs on Polygon Amoy (chain ID 80002). Testnet NFTs and test tokens have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not mainnet purchases. Displayed TRY prices are catalog prices, not charges in the demo.

2. Accounts and access

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use this service. Keep your login private and provide accurate account information. Dedicated review accounts contain test information and may be reset or disabled after review. Do not put personal documents, payment details, or real assets into a review account.

Account recovery currently requires contacting [email protected]. Never send your password or private keys. We may request proportionate evidence of account ownership before restoring access.

3. Artistiqhouse-managed wallets

Artistiqhouse creates and manages a wallet for your account. This is a custodial model: customers do not currently receive or export the private key through the website. Wallet keys are encrypted using Google Cloud KMS and kept outside the public storefront; test minting uses a separate access-controlled signing service.

Self-service transfers, withdrawals, and key export are not available. Contact support for questions about custody and access. Do not deposit funds or unrelated NFTs into these wallets. Losing account access can prevent you from using the associated wallet until recovery is resolved.

4. What an NFT represents

A listing identifies the artwork, fixed TRY catalog price, and edition limit. A confirmed demo delivery identifies the network, contract, token ID, recipient wallet, and transaction. Test copies are separate from the listed paid edition inventory.

Acquiring a collectible does not transfer copyright, commercial-use rights, a share in our business, or intellectual property unless a separate written license expressly grants those rights. We do not promise investment returns, resale liquidity, appreciation, or redemption.

5. Silver, Gold, and Platinum

These are collectible tier names. They do not currently provide event admission, travel, raffles, rewards points, store credit, cash balances, or guaranteed future benefits. They are not deposits or payment instruments. The current Amoy contract is a standard transferable ERC-721; the website does not offer a transfer or secondary-market service and does not claim that tokens are technically non-transferable.

6. Orders and payments

A saved selection is not a purchase. A reservation is a temporary, unpaid hold that normally expires after 15 minutes. No payment obligation is created by a reservation or demo order. Real payment acceptance will remain disabled until the provider integration, required approvals, and delivery checks are complete.

Before any paid launch, the final checkout must identify the total price, fees, taxes where applicable, payment provider, delivery network, custody terms, and any required consents. Do not send card details to support.

7. Delivery, cancellations, and consumer rights

Delivery is only marked confirmed after the NFT transaction and recipient are verified. A pending or failed operation is not proof of delivery. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Blockchain irreversibility does not by itself remove mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Acceptable use and artwork rights

Do not use the service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, infringement, unauthorized access, or misleading transactions. We may restrict abuse and investigate suspicious activity. Publish or supply artwork only when you have the necessary rights. Rights holders can use our Takedown Policy.

9. Availability and risk

Blockchains and hosting services can be unavailable. Test networks may reset or cease operation. We do not guarantee continuous availability or financial value. Nothing here limits liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

10. Contact, changes, and governing law

Contact [email protected] about accounts, orders, complaints, or custody. Material changes will be identified before a paid service is introduced. Bulgarian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to them. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts, including any courts available under mandatory consumer law.
