Cancellation and Refund Policy

DLT Tech LLC (“Artistiqhouse”, “we”, “us”, “our”) aims to provide a transparent and secure NFT marketplace (the “Platform”) for creators and collectors. Due to the nature of blockchain-based assets, NFT transactions are, in most cases, final and irreversible. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the limited circumstances under which a refund may be available.

1) General Rule – No Refunds for Completed NFT Transactions

Once an NFT purchase is confirmed on the blockchain and the NFT is delivered to your digital wallet, the transaction is deemed completed. NFTs are unique digital collectible assets and their value may fluctuate based on market conditions. Therefore, no refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Price volatility / market changes

  • Dissatisfaction with compliance, utility, or expectations

  • Subsequent changes to access/experience/features linked to the NFT (e.g., events, content, perks)

2) Exceptions – Refunds May Be Considered in the Following Cases

Artistiqhouse may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund only in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Error: The NFT was not delivered due to a verifiable technical issue caused by our Platform or smart contract, and the buyer did not receive the NFT.

  • Duplicate Payment: Payment was mistakenly collected more than once for the same transaction.

  • Unauthorized Transaction: There is clear and documented evidence of unauthorized access to your account/wallet at the time of the transaction.

  • Failed Transaction: Payment was collected, but the NFT was never minted or transferred, and the transaction failed on-chain.

Each case is evaluated individually and must be reported to [email protected] within 7 calendar days from the transaction date.

3) Refund Request Process

To submit a refund request, email [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following information:

  • Your full name and email address registered to your Platform account

  • Transaction ID or transaction hash (Tx Hash)

  • Date and time of the transaction

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant screenshots and/or supporting documentation

If necessary, we may request additional information to verify the claim. Refund decisions are at our sole discretion, and processing may take up to 10 business days.

4) Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method where possible. If this is not possible, Artistiqhouse may issue the refund in crypto assets (e.g., an equivalent stablecoin amount) to your verified digital wallet.

5) Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and your Platform account may be suspended. Please contact us directly to seek a resolution before starting a chargeback process.

6) Peer-to-Peer Marketplace Disputes

Artistiqhouse is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers, nor for the quality, utility, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any NFT content. Refund requests based on seller statements, metadata claims, or subjective dissatisfaction will not be accepted.

7) Policy Changes

We may update this Policy at any time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
