Artistiqhouse does not directly store, process, or transmit cardholder data on its servers. All payment card transactions on the Platform are carried out through licensed payment service providers (PSPs) that are compliant with PCI DSS Level 1.
Third-Party PSP Compliance: To ensure full alignment with international card payment security standards, we integrate with regulated PSPs that hold a current PCI DSS certification.
Tokenization and Encryption: Sensitive payment data is tokenized and/or encrypted by our PSP partners before it reaches our systems.
Data Segregation: Artistiqhouse systems never access raw cardholder data. Only transaction status, authorization tokens, and settlement confirmations are processed internally.
Security Controls: All integrations are performed via secure APIs using TLS 1.2+ encryption. Our internal environment follows ISO 27001-aligned practices to support secure operations.
